HOW DO YOUNG GENERATION PREPARE THEMSELVES TO BE QUALIFIED HUMAN RESOURCES

Young generation is a group of people that will replace the older generation's function or even work together with them in the future. That means the future of the world is in the young generation's shoulder.

As we all know, the economic condition of Indonesia is in a bad condition. The percentage of unemployed people in Indonesia is 25% while there's only 6,6% unemployed people in Thailand. In 2005 the World Economic Forum said that Indonesian's world competitive ability was placed in the 69th grade, while Singapore in the 5th grade, Malaysia in the 25th grade and Thailand in the 23rd grade. Besides, from 34 countries in the world, Indonesia is the biggest country wit more less 16 millions of people that CANNOT READ. Those are quite explaining why our country is in bad condition.

And because of that, the responsibility of our country's future condition is in our hand as young generation. There are no other choice for us than to be qualified human resources, because globalization will make the competition between countries more difficult.

You see, qualified human resources are humans who have professional skills,wide knowledge, active, productive, creative and innovative. These are simple things that we can do as young generation to be one of them :

1. Read a lot, because reading is the window of the world
2. Get education as high as you can, cause high education can lead us to professionalism, develop our talents, and we can learn about how to socialize with other people in the proccess
3. Try to be wise about things that you will do, think about what will happen if you do that. If you can do this you will possibly be a good leader

kekasih. .

teman. .

bahkan keluarga. .

tidak ada yang berkesan karena semua adalah kebohongan. . .

harta akan kita tinggalkan di kala ajal menjemput. .

Kekasih adalah keindahan dan kesejukan yang diciptakan semu dan bisa saja pergi lalu hinggap di hati lain. . .

Teman walau bisa menghibur tapi bisa saja ia tidak dapat mengerti apa arti kebenaran yang kita yakini. . .

Keluarga meski berlimpah kebahagiaan namun ada kalanya tertimpa satu jarum kecil yang dapat melukai seisinya. . .

dan pada dasarnya semenjak kita lahir,, tidak ada yang menemani kita . . .
hanya kita sendiri yang berdiri diatas panas dinginnya kehidupan dunia. .
